I’d rather see smiles in my company than sullen faces and I prefer employees who treat each other with respect in order to determine the effectiveness of the people working for Labilia.
I think that being able to explain the role that everyone plays in the workplace is key, and after twenty-five years of experience, I mastered this art well. And whenever I cannot do it myself, I surround myself with people who can.
We solve problems and melt tension. How? By getting to know our own artists and collaborators, by appreciating their skills, and by enhancing their excellence which is one of the most important challenges for the growth of a group of people like mine.
Labilia is a cultural enterprise which develops “in the fringes of the system”, trying to build contents and method for music, for festivals, and for dissemination.
I constantly try to understand how to improve myself in this job because from a good “me” depends a good “we”: we are happier, we love more to work, and this is why we help each other to achieve better results.
I consider a priority to take care of the processes of human and professional integration in the workflow of each Labilia proposal.
And then there is my personal priority thai is working in a calm and highly motivated environment.
